Hair Removal
Laser hair removal treatments work by using pulses of light to target individual hair follicles, causing hair growth to slow. The results can last anywhere from six months to two years depending on how thick and fast your hair grows. Most patients also report that their hair never grows back as thick, dark or fast as it did before treatment.
Most cases require at least three treatments before lasting results can be achieved, but this is different for everyone.
During treatment, you may request a topical anesthetic, but otherwise will just experience a moderate stinging sensation. Redness and swelling are common side effects that will likely subside within 24 to 72 hours.
You may notice what appears to be hair regrowth within a week after treatment, but you should not be discouraged because this is often just shedding due to an effective treatment cycle. If independent hair removal is necessary between treatments, you should shave the area and avoid any plucking or waxing.
Our laser hair removal services are available for your arms, legs, back, chest, bikini, and facial areas.
